Workshop today,
at the customer tomorrow.
With us you're not stuck at one desk. You build and test in-house – then commission the machine at the customer's site, often in the largest wineries in Europe and worldwide.
This mix defines the job: hands-on technology, real responsibility and the good feeling when the line runs.
"You see the bottle on the shelf and know: that ran through our machine."
— Fabian Dages, Management

From the cellar to
World market leader.
Kematec combines the stability of a family business with the drive of a technology leader. You help write this story.
Quality & discipline
Highest precision and robust machines that run for 20–30 years. You can rely on that – since the very first machine.
Family & togetherness
Short lines, first-name culture, shared celebrations. If you have a problem, you talk about it openly – even with the boss.
Customer at the centre
"The customer is king" is no empty phrase: we solve our customers' challenges with tailor-made technology.
A fresh start
The company where Erwin Dages learns the world of cellar machinery goes bankrupt. Instead of giving up, he makes a decision: to do it better.
Founded in a cellar
With the simplest of means, Kematec starts in the parents' cellar – and builds its first own machines.
World-beating
Patents for wiring, capsuling and energy-efficient drying, machines up to 35,000 bottles per hour: Kematec becomes the international market leader.
Second generation
Fabian Dages takes on responsibility in management and drives digitalisation across all departments.
Stayed a family
Machines in over 23 countries on four continents – and yet a family business with short lines where everyone counts.
Good to know.
How does the application work?
Nice and simple: just fill in our short application form – a CV is enough, no cover letter needed. We'll get back to you personally very soon.
Do I need experience in special machine building?
No. Character, team spirit and a passion for technology matter more. Career changers are welcome – you'll learn the rest with us step by step.
How much will I travel?
It depends on the role. In service & assembly you switch between the workshop and customer assignments – across Europe and worldwide. Travel is fairly compensated.
Which languages should I bring?
German in any case. In sales, English and French are a big plus. In the workshop, your craft counts above all.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a few days. We're a small team with short lines – no application bureaucracy.
Is there further training?
Yes. We stay technically up to date and train regularly, e.g. on Creo or control technology. Anyone who wants to can grow with us.
